Refund & Cancellation Policy

If Within The Frame must cancel the adventure, 100% of your paid deposits will be fully refunded, but refunds will not be made for any other costs you may have incurred as a result of your booking. Within The Frame administration and/or the leader(s) may cancel a participant’s enrollment at any time if it is felt that the participant is detrimental to the overall group. If a participant’s enrollment is cancelled, the participant will receive a pro-rated refund based on when the cancellation occurs, but refunds will not be made for any other costs incurred. In the event that the leader(s) cannot continue with an adventure due to illness, emergency, etc., the best alternative(s) for the group will be made, including leader substitution if possible. If you have to cancel your participation, you agree to forfeit all funds paid up to the point of cancellation, which must be presented in writing. Failure to meet payment schedule will result in cancellation and forfeit. We recommend that all participants invest in travel insurance to protect against an unplanned cancellation.

Acknowledgment of Risk and Release of Liability

I am voluntarily participating on a photographic adventure with Within The Frame, with the knowledge of the risks and dangers involved.

I agree that I will not sue, or otherwise make any claim against Within The Frame or it employees, agents, and contractors, for any loss, injury or damage resulting from participation in this photographic adventure.

I freely and voluntarily assume all risks of injuries and damages and notwithstanding such risks I agree to participate in the adventure. I am aware that by agreeing to this agreement I am waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue. I agree of my own free will.
